Created an intelligent highlighting component powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that provides contextual explanations for highlighted text. When integrated into websites, users can highlight technical terms they don't understand and receive simple, context-aware explanations using the RAG system for better comprehension and learning.

Built a customer-facing AI Sandbox Platform for organ procurement organizations to test donor-chart parsing and AI decision workflows, demonstrating end-to-end product capabilities. Developed the full-stack architecture using Next.js (API Routes, SSR, file-based routing) for simplified deployment and reduced complexity; integrated Azure PostgreSQL and Azure Blob Storage for structured and document data. Designed prompt schemas and built Reducto API pipelines for parsing, splitting, and extracting key medical information; implemented evaluation flows using the Claude SDK. Reduced donor-case review time from 2 hours to under 20 minutes — the sandbox was well received and played a key role in converting prospects into full clients.
